As an employer, how do we know that PTO Legal
Search will target and present appropriate, and interested, candidates?
When PTO Legal Search recruits for a position, we learn as much as possible
about the firm or company and the position itself. We spend as much time
as necessary with the employ er
to gain a thorough understanding of the firm or company, its culture,
the practice, and the criteria for candidates. This process allows us
to approach appropriate candidates with the most in-depth information
possible.
Then, PTO Legal Search meets with each candidate to ascertain
information that cannot be readily gleaned from a resume. Then, if the
attorney is appropriate for your position, we tell the candidate as much
as we can about your firm or company and the position. These efforts help
ensure that the candidates we present to you are both a good fit for the
position, and well informed about the employer and the position. |
