A $4.0 billion global manufacturer of electrical products and tools and hardware seeks an intellectual property counsel in its Houston, TX headquarters. The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of experience preferably working in a similar in-house industry. The candidate must possess a degree in either electrical or mechanical engineering. The position will primarily consist of managing intellectual property assets. It will not involve preparation and prosecution, though management of outside counsel on these matters will be required.
