An international full-service law firm based in Houston, TX seeks a 3-5 year intellectual property associate with an electrical engineering background. The position will consist of a general office practice. It will entail preparation and prosecution of patent applications, licensing, acquisition of rights, opinion work and litigation support. This will not be a litigation position.
