One of the world’s leading energy and petrochemical companies seeks an 8+ year intellectual property attorney to join its ranks. The attorney must have an undergraduate or advanced degree in Chemistry and/or Chemical Engineering. The attorney must have experience with business method patents, drafting opinions, licensing, preparation and prosecution of patents, IP due diligence on large corporate transactions. Some litigation experience would be considered a plus.
